The colors in SECOND ORDER are captured entirely in-camera and arise as light wavelengths are contained in a single direction. As light passes through stretched plastic, the wavelengths separate and recombine, generating interference patterns that appear as bands and gradients of color. The more tree and damage the plastic receives, the more intense the colors become.
